Delivery:

Our Delivery charge is £10.00 on all orders placed online.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™.

If you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday, you can expect to receive your order before 1pm the following day, subject to area. Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by 1pm on Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holiday where you order will be dispatched on the Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.

If your order is customised or bespoke, please refer to our correspondence in your order confirmation for delivery details.

In most cases, we will only deliver to your registered billing address. However, we may deliver to an alternative address at our discretion. Interest Free orders will ONLY be delivered to your registered or verified billing address and once your application has been authorised by our finance company. Finance is only available to UK Residents.

Collection of your order is also available from our Wetherby Store subject to identification checks.

Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, or to check the status of an order, please contact our customer service team on 01937 581656. . Our team is available Monday to Saturday 09:30-5.00pm; closed Sundays and bank holidays.

Returns:

Kendall’s Jeweller’s offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return within 30 days of your order excluding personalised, custom or bespoke orders.

Please email us at customerservice@kendallsjewellers.co.uk for a returns reference and instructions of return.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 30 days of return.

Alternatively products will be accepted at our Wetherby Store, 27 High Street, Wetherby LS22 6LR.
